# Editing Your Expand App Profile

Editing your profile in the Monroe Institute's Expand app is a straightforward process that allows you to keep your personal information up-to-date. Follow these detailed steps to make changes to your profile effectively:

Step-by-Step Guide to Editing Your Profile

**1. Access the Group Section**  
Once you are logged into the Expand app, locate the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen and select the "Group" icon, represented by three people.

**2. Navigate to "View & Edit Your Profile"**  
In the Group section, look for the "View & Edit Your Profile" option and tap on it to proceed.

**3. Open the Edit Profile Section**  
Next, you will see the "Edit Profile" button. Select this button to access your profile details.

**4. Edit Your Personal Information**  
You will be directed to a screen where you can edit your personal information. Scroll down to view and modify the fields you wish to update, such as your name, email, bio, and any other personal details.

**5. Save Your Changes**  
After making the desired changes, ensure you save them by tapping the blue "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen.
