TOGETHER TO 80 MILLION: 2024 year-end review

As we reflect on an incredible year of growth and connection, we’re excited to share the accomplishments you helped make possible. Together, we continue to pave the way toward our vision of reaching 80 million people by 2032 with the realization that we are more than our physical bodies.

Programs, Outreach, and Research
In 2024, Monroe expanded its transformative programs and research to new heights. We launched the Vets and First Responders Gateway program, bringing a powerful experience to those who serve, and introduced the “Portal Beyond Consciousness” program—a unique blend of bioenergetics and our renowned Gateway Voyage that sold out in its debut. Our Outreach team engaged nearly 700 participants globally, with 85 trainers leading programs in 23 countries and 87 Monroe Community Groups active across 25 countries. In research, our work deepened with advancements in brain synchronization studies, new partnerships with the University of Virginia and the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and enhancements to our Copper Wall Room—all fueling our mission to explore human potential through consciousness.

Social Media and Global Meditations
Social media allowed us to reach wider audiences than ever, with our YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channels surpassing 1 million views during the summer alone. We hosted impactful live events, including a September panel on afterlife communication, and connected with over 550 participants in a live meditation for Mindfulness Day. Our growing community now includes 125,000 subscribers, bolstered by Monroe Sound Science music collections that bring calm and insight to listeners worldwide.
